Why are some items greyed out?
We hate food waste. As a result, we’ve devised a system that allows us to keep perishable food items for minimal
time. Upside: This lets us maximize your freshness. Downside: We can’t get everything immediately. Items shown
are what we can get harvested & delivered in time for your order. If you want to push out the date to when a
particular product is available, you can do that by clicking on the item.
What does it mean to request items?
Some deliciousness is not as consistently reliable. If you want it, we will do our best to track it down.
Just hit the “Request” button & all the alarm bells in our office will go off. Our supply chain guru
will scour the local scene for the best options. He will judge them harshly (but fairly) with a clipboard &
we will host a labor intensive tasting competition to select a winner. This also helps us gauge interest of
things we don’t have a committed supplier. If you’d like to request an item you don’t see, you can send us a

What happens if I am dissatisfied?
We stand behind all of our products. Let us know what the issue is via the ‘Contact Us(link)’ form in the
footer, or email: email@example.com and we will make it right. We may ask for a picture, but it’s not because
we don’t trust you, it’s because we need to hold our partners accountable to our high standards. Thanks for
